Compersion Meditation

This short meditation guides you through a visualization exercise to tap into feelings of compersion. Compersion is the feeling of warmth, joy, or pleasure from knowing or imagining another person's pleasure.

The meditation is about 6 minutes long. You can start and stop it as you like, and return to it at any time.
