How we wake up can set the tone for the entire day. Pleasureful Mornings invites you to infuse more pleasure into your morning routine, and guides you in a brief practice of mindful movement to help you start your day feeling grounded, regulated, and connected to your body.
This guided practice is 3 mins long, plus more time for individual reflection. You can start and stop it as you like, and return to it at any time.

Leah is a white queer-identified therapist and educator based in Chicago. She's from Miami — which has taught her to follow the sunshine — and in Chicago that looks like: spending time outside with friends, biking to the lake, dancing, live music, crafts, and cooking with her partner.
