This video course is for those seeking to look at porn more critically and engage with it from a pleasure-centered perspective. 

In this course, we’ll define media literacy and its intersection with erotic media. We'll go in depth with my top 10 reflection questions for our history with erotic content, somatic scanning (before, during and after watching porn), and discovering the type of porn you want to engage with. 

This video course is about 13 mins long, plus more time for reflection questions. You can start and stop it as you like, and return to it at any time.
